Local community minhag

Different communities follow different times. In the Netherlands we follow the NIK luach automatically (20 min before sunset in winter, Plag HaMincha in summer, 19:00 in late summer, and Tzeit at 7.083° for the end of Shabbat). Chabad uses 72 minutes after sunset for Havdalah (Rabbeinu Tam), and the Esnoga lights close to sunset. Pick yours and we'll match the times above.
